Generative AI

AI models that create new content – text, images, audio, video, code – rather than only classifying existing data.

Generative AI describes the class of AI models that produce new content rather than only classifying or evaluating existing data. It includes language models (text), image generators (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, DALL-E), music and speech generators, and code models.

In recruiting it opens many use cases: CVs and cover letters can be generated on demand, job postings can be automatically translated and adapted to different audiences, and internal communication building blocks can be created in seconds. Candidates benefit too – preparing for interviews or polishing their own writing.

At the same time new questions arise: how can AI-generated application texts be detected? How do we handle skewed training data? What responsibility does the person using generated content carry? Duties from the EU AI Act, copyright law and GDPR all apply.

Lunigi uses generative AI to summarise roles compactly and individually – without requiring candidates to operate a generator themselves.
