When you use Lunigi, you trust us with data: your profile, your email address and your feedback on suggested jobs. This page explains in plain language what we do – and explicitly do not do – with that data. It complements but does not replace the formal privacy policy.

What Lunigi does with your data

Lunigi stores your profile, your email address and your feedback on job suggestions in order to send you matching jobs every day and improve match quality. We do not share this data with employers and do not sell it to third parties. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time.

What data Lunigi stores

  • Profile data: target role, location, work model (remote, hybrid, on-site), personal filters such as industries or salary floors.
  • Contact data: the email address we send job suggestions to.
  • Feedback data: your "fits" / "doesn't fit" replies and short notes you send in response to suggestions.
  • Technical data: simple logs for delivery status and error diagnosis, without cross-site profiling.

What Lunigi uses the data for

  • Compose your daily job email, with an AI-risk note per role.
  • Improve match quality based on your feedback.
  • Billing and access to the service through your account.
  • Aggregated, statistical analysis to evolve the service.

What Lunigi explicitly does not do

  • We do not share your profile with employers. We do not apply on your behalf.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties or run secondary marketing.
  • We do not use your feedback to build public profiles about you.
  • We do not run cross-site tracking on third-party websites.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, restriction, deletion and data portability under the GDPR. Email arne@lunigi.com – we usually process requests within two working days. The formal privacy policy contains further detail, including processor relationships.

  1. Does Lunigi share my profile with employers?

    No. We do not apply on your behalf and we do not share your profile with employers. You apply yourself, usually directly from the job emails.

  2. Does Lunigi sell my data?

    No. We do not sell profile or feedback data to third parties and we do not run any data-resale activity.

  3. How long is my data stored?

    For as long as you actively use Lunigi. When you delete your account, we remove profile and feedback data from production within 30 days; statutory retention duties remain unaffected.

  4. How can I delete my data?

    Email arne@lunigi.com with the subject "Deletion". We usually process requests within two working days.

  5. How is this page different from the formal privacy policy?
